RAFI CFL Facilitates Session on

Youth 4Rs- Rights, Roles, Responsibilities, and Realities

Last April 4, 2024, the RAFI Center for Leaders had the opportunity to conduct a breakout session for the student delegates of the Federation of Associations of Private School Administrators’ (FAPSA) 26th Anniversary & National Annual Convergence.

The event was held at the Waterfront Hotel and Casino, Lahug, Cebu City.

Nearly 50 students from different private schools from all over the country were able to participate.

During the session titled “KABATAAN, MAKIALAM: Empowering Youth to Conquer Today’s Realities for Future Triumphs,” RAFI CFL led the students through an exploration of their 4Rs- Rights, Roles, Responsibilities, and Realities – essential for them as youth leaders.

The session concluded with the student delegates crafting their personal commitments.

The session is part of CFL’s Information, Communication, and Education activities for its program, Project Bayanihan Actions for Impact (BAI). It aims to inspire the youth to get involved and help address issues in their communities by educating them about their rights, roles, and responsibilities, and by helping them to understand and surface their realities.
