A training program for elementary school leaders which highlights the values of Self-awareness, Self-direction, Social Awareness, Collaboration, Creativity, Environmental & Health Literacy, Active Citizenship, and Basic Project Management. This program aims to orient these young learners of what effective and efficient leadership is all about as they continue to take the growth path.
