AYCEstorya: Conversations for Change is an initiative of RAFI Center for Leaders under its Civic Engagement Program, which aims to empower CFL alumni and the youth by providing a safe and engaging civic space to exercise active citizenship, adopt participatory governance and bring about a strong sense of nationalism.

The term AYCEstorya was coined from the similarly sounding Cebuano word, “istorya”. AYCE is an abbreviation for Alumni and Youth Civic Engagement, and storya simply means “conversation”. AYCEstorya then is an avenue where the CFL Alumni and Youth in Cebu can gather to have meaningful civic engagement conversations.
