Project ExL is a career advancement program of the RAFI Center for Leaders (CFL). ExL stands for Experiential Learning which is RAFI CFL’s approach in providing powerful learning experiences. This project aims to provide an opportunity for fresh graduates to build their skills as a facilitator through the experiential learning approach. With a mixture of real-time facilitation experience, immersions to flagship courses, and coaching and mentoring, aspiring ExL members will gain the skills to become an experiential facilitator.
